For over 20 years an organization in ohio has been researching and using an imaging and tracking radar system that can send and detect sound and other frequencies. the operators of this system can talk to someone without other people hearing and they can hear any response. it can tell each person apart and remembers them. it was being used before haarp or gwen were finished.  using imaging and tracking radar people can be directed from a central location without a radio. a tracking radar system that talks, hears and sees through walls. and it remembers people. they can see inside your house, shower. or your car. in color. and communicate any information they want to whomever they chose without anyone else hearing. ever wonder how the hell he/she knew that? any stats go way freakin up? i read that one post counted over a 600 percent increase in seizures in 12 months. just on one stretch of highway. could be good police work. or could be a nazi super trooper. some fancy technology and they know everything you got in your pocket. or your bedroom or office. this is how they are so successful at breaking and entering. they know where everyone and everything is. and they know all your codes. was anyone watching this technology? bought out or exterminated? or just corrupt to start with. anyone know anything about where they live? i’ve heard about utah and new mexico. dont go there! what goes on here is more like organized crime. cops working alongside civilians in and out of uniform using advanced technology for personal gain.

whatever has been going on long enough that its accepted by all cops. a network of cops and doctors set up to control, spy on, or exterminate people. so my friend had an implant. maybe they knew people would find out about implants and always planned on killing the people they implanted at birth. they were merely experimenting with controlling the human brain. the technology is being replaced. so 21 years old and a group of people decided it was time for him to die. so they crushed him with voices in his head and pain that no doctor would stop. and of course the police were always around when he lost it and acted out. they were following him. pressing him. after a year of torture at the hands of these people he took his life. that’s murder in my book.

the radar/tracking/communication system using cellular frequencies has been here in use for atleast 25 years. 13 years ago something changed. the technology and the lists of implanted people have leaked onto the streets. mafias and gangs have been formed for the sole purpose of taking advantage of these people. and the lists keep getting bigger. surfing online resumes would be a great way to find victims. 90 percent of the comments on this site are from owners or employees of websites. porn sites, diet sites, travel, hosting, and such. giving them all the access to your personal information they need. if you have a family doctor they will get to him. or a nurse. maybe you have a small seizure and need to go to the doctor for a shot. or hear some voices in the background on the radio. once you get that shot, you are a hostage. and they will get your children and spouse. tell someone. they take you away. go to the doctor. they give you another shot and take you away. doctors have power over you. they are the system. this is state terrorism. the army and police will not stop these people because they are doing it too.

experimental implants 12 years ago would have been capable of functioning through nerves in the hand. being developed so they could be placed anywhere. one shot in the ass. or arm. tetnis shots around here are given in the left arm or the butt. (arent rfid’s in left hand?) there is probably a reason for that. electrical currents would use the nerves as conductors making the brain appear affected as it should. data transferred by cellular waves. an implant built with a battery would be bigger and need to be replaced every certain number of years. it could also be used as a weapon. its almost as if this implant was designed to use on people who already have implants. it sends electrical impulses like a stereo would to a speaker. controlling a persons body and mind without frequencys so another implant (interrogation)wouldnt even detect it (sadaam hussein?). what racist people would want to enslave and destroy the middle east?

the transmission carrier frequency of atleast one type of implant affects people differently and is would be noticed within a couple days of a surgery or vaccination or shot (maybe this would be medicated). implants are stored dead in the needle unless a high powered unit is needed for special situations (assassination, murder). after entering the body it begins to charge or energize and transmit. one group has added a frequency to the transmission that makes people feel good. they compared it to medication and only use it on older patients for some reason.

ive read about people feeling actual physical contact. it can feel almost like the air around you slapped you. im told it changes your chromosomes. maybe a blood test will tell (but you cant let them draw blood!). do not get any shots or tell any doctors or police. evidence is left behind in our living bodies. no evidence, no crime.

i’ve read about people thinking their families are in on it. i dont think this is the case most of the time. when a target is selected for whatever reason most likely the entire family would be implanted. this would help to watch from all angles and control all situations as well as using them as hostages. the support structure that would normally help a person thought to be sick is taken away. you cant argue with a person who is suppressed or controlled by an implant. they will never believe you. as far as gangstalking by people who know personal information about you, sometimes these people are already there. owners of businesses or people eating in the same restaurant. maybe there have been different sponsored experiments over the years (minority report) by different agencys and the lists of implanted people have leaked. on top of this there is a system set up for a person to read an implants data and transmit information in real time to someone without any equipment. these people could have a personal id chip somewhere and hear a ping or other sound whenever in the vicinity of an implanted person. maybe the are told they dont need an implant or chip. they already have one. they might choose to participate in some type of play or just listen to your conversation. these people are part of a movement towards slavery and are everywhere in columbus. they seem to be grouped in the same areas. living in the same neighborhoods. maybe they get tired of hearing all the pings. the  ping can be any sound, just like a ringtone and its percieved as coming from the person with the implant. who knows the difference between an rfid and an implant that could spy on or manipulate you? they both could be put in your left hand.

if a tumor can be destroyed it can be created. selective sterilization should come as no surprise. its a brave new world people. covert weapons are just that. designed to kill without being obvious. natural causes. he just died. she just died. the radar/weapons system used still requires something to lock onto. just a speck of material. it would be somewhere where you have had a shot or surgery. maybe replacing the larger, detectable controlling type. they would all be show up on the radar.  id be surprised if children around the world werent being injected. everyone in the world will be on radar and at the mercy of anyone operating the system. your life and mind in someone elses hands with no way to fight back.

i heard about a procedure that has been performed at birth on babies. it renders a certain part of the brain ineffective giving an implant more control. maybe why autism has risen so drastically.

one problem they are trying to overcome is what to do when the battery dies. maybe trying to go nuclear. the advanced implants that are being experimented with are liquid filled membranes with a personal id transmitter suspended inside. the liquid either holds a charge or renews itself. not know if indefinite. the only solid part is microscopic. the only way to detect is by looking for an electrical charge.

testing every two weeks or monthly could give someone cover to operate covert weaponry. maybe a back door built into a u.s. military system?

could instant contraction of neck muscles triggered at just the right moment cause damage? paralysis? someone could drown.

there is a radius around certain people like leon. a violent person entering within a certain distance would be incapacitated by strong shock to the brain from their implant. they wouldnt even remember where they are. dont know if all people recover or not. this works because leon also has an implant. just something that pings on the radar (personal id). when another implant comes close the system would recognize it. maybe even recognizing violent brain patterns. only shocking a person with violence toward him in mind. the dogs master.

even with nano technology its hard to believe a single device could be placed inside a needle. but if was seperated into different components and injected into the bloodstream maybe they would lodge themselves closely together in the brain. working together as a single unit. three working as one? providing complete control over a person. maybe symptoms would get worse after a concerned visit to the doctor. or after a second or third vaccination. this certainly isnt the only method or type of technology. maybe single unit versions would cause blood clots if they got stuck somewhere else. natural death.

why would blood be drawn into the syringe during an injection? hold your fingers on the needle and count to three? maybe blood keeps the glue melted

there are many groups implanting people. none of it would be possible without doctors sticking that needle in you. if they will do it for one person they will do it for another. or for themselves. im sure the equipment needed to watch what someone sees is easily available to hospitals or police. it shouldnt be a surprise that some people have more than one implant. and one implant designed to affect a person could detect another implant. if there were two of the same type they could read each other. communicate between each other. discovering and talking to the other groups who have implanted the same person. now on the same team even if they have different goals. just to protect themselves from discovery. (world trade center?) the communication technology the cops and other groups are using is different than implants. just like talking on the phone but there is no phone. and nobody else can hear what they say to their people. young people are also aware of this communication system. possibly a secret passed on from parent to child.  it could be that the cops and military didnt know someone else has the same or similar technology and is using it here. also, there is rumor that one of these groups has a radar system that can energize and dial up implants that arent being used. they could be found in hospitals police stations before they are injected or implanted. they have even checked graves.  i wonder if such a system could hijack an implant. take control from another group. murdering with someone elses implants.
